The Epson Stylus SX218 offers great quality printing, scanning and copying, as well as memory card direct photo printing, in one compact space saving device that won’t clutter your desk. As well as offering all the usual basic printing functions the SX218 also offers high resolution photo printing with a maximum resolution of 5760 x 1440 which produces pin sharp photos with bright, vivid colour. Photos can be printed from a PC or directly from a memory card thanks to the SX218’s built-in memory card reader. The SX218 can print on paper media ranging from A6 (6” x 4”) up to A4 with speeds up to 36 pages per minute (A4) in draft quality mode but speed decreases drastically if the quality setting is increased. As well as offering direct photo printing the SX218 can also copy documents without the need for a PC which is great if you need to copy something quickly. The four individual Epson SX218 ink cartridges feature Epson DURABrite Ultra printer ink technology which helps produce prints that last and resist the causes of fading and smudging that can happen over time. There are also compatible Epson ink cartridges available but they don’t feature Epson’s DURABrite Ultra technology as they are not made by Epson but do offer good value for money.
